"Took our van in for brake service today. Called first thing this morning and was happily surprised that they were able to get us in for an inspection today. I use the van daily and only had a few hours between dropping it off, and needing it back. Expected them to identify the problem and let us know when we could schedule to have the work done. In order to keep us safe and prevent further damage to the brake system one of the technicians sacrificed his lunch to get the work done today. Delighted with the generosity and dedication to customer service!! Price was very fair and they didn't try to "oversell" me on things I didn't need."
